- Breakfast "to the room" is an additional paid service 70 PLN/person plus a service fee of 20 PLN, the order must be placed at least one day before the service is provided.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes regarding the use of the hotel's facilities and the meal plan. Such changes may be introduced at short notice. Differences in the offer description resulting from the above information do not constitute grounds for complaints.

In order to make a reservation it is required the payment of 40% in advance via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show in the facility on the day of arrival the payment is forfeited.
Children under 4 years spend the night free of charge, if they sleep in bed with their parents. Children over 12 years of age are considered full charge.
Pobyt psów na terenie hotelu wymaga akceptacji obsługi hotelu, która odbywa się na etapie dokonywania rezerwacji pobytu. Do pobytów z psem dedykowane są wyznaczone pokoje. Zwierzęta nie mogą przebywać w restauracji i miejscach ogólnodostępnych. Za pobyt z psami obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata, która wynosi 100 zł za dobę.
