In order to make a reservation it is required the payment of 40% in advance via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show in the facility on the day of arrival the payment is forfeited.

Children under 4 years spend the night free of charge, if they sleep in bed with their parents. Children over 12 years of age are considered full charge.

Pobyt psów na terenie hotelu wymaga akceptacji obsługi hotelu, która odbywa się na etapie dokonywania rezerwacji pobytu. Do pobytów z psem dedykowane są wyznaczone pokoje.
