He will talk about Croatia “behind the scenes”: how work is done there, cooperating with local teams, what surprises Poles, and why patience and relationships are more important than the schedule.

Joanna Dobosiewicz – PhD in linguistics, sworn Croatian language translator
A meeting about communication, mentality, and cultural nuances. How to talk with Croats to reach understanding – not only linguistically but primarily on a human level.
