Please be informed that from the end of August until the beginning of July, business meetings combined with integration events are held at the hotel, during which nighttime quiet may be disturbed. We will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding.
The hotel reserves the right to make changes regarding the use of hotel facilities and meal plans. Such changes may be made urgently. Differences in the offer description resulting from this information do not constitute grounds for complaints.

In order to make a reservation it is required the payment of 40% in advance via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show in the facility on the day of arrival the payment is forfeited.

Children under 4 years spend the night free of charge, if they sleep in bed with their parents. Children over 12 years of age are considered full charge.

Pobyt psów na terenie hotelu wymaga akceptacji obsługi hotelu, która odbywa się na etapie dokonywania rezerwacji pobytu. Do pobytów z psem dedykowane są wyznaczone pokoje. Zwierzęta nie mogą przebywać w restauracji i miejscach ogólnodostępnych. Za pobyt z psami obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata, która wynosi 100 zł za dobę.
